Prep time: 10 minutes. Baking Time. 50 minutes. Serves 8
In a sauce pan on low heat, desolve,
3/4 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup sugar
Remove from heat.
Add;
2-3 Tablespoons butter and set aside.
Beat 3 eggs, add to sugar/ syrup mixture plus a little salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 1/2 cups pecans.
Pour into a pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes a 400 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool 30 minutes to set.
